Our Story & The Team Behind It

Real people, real passion for European metal

How We Got Here

Our Workshop

Look, I'm not gonna feed you some polished corporate story about "following our dreams" or whatever. Truth is, this shop started in 2018 because I got tired of watching dealerships butcher perfectly good BMWs and Audis with lazy diagnostics.

I'd been wrenching on European cars since I was 16, started in my dad's garage in Surrey, then spent 8 years at a high-end dealership downtown. The problem? They cared more about moving customers through than actually fixing things right. Saw too many cars leave with band-aid solutions instead of proper repairs.

So yeah, I quit. Grabbed my buddy Marcus from the same shop, found this spot on Kingsway, and we just... started doing it the way it should be done. No shortcuts, no guessing games with your check engine light. Just proper European vehicle care.

These days we've got a team of six - all of 'em share the same obsession with getting it right. We're not the biggest shop in Vancouver, but we might be the most stubborn about quality.

The Journey So Far

2018

Started From Scratch

Opened with just two bays and a dream. First customer was an '05 Porsche 911 with a nightmare electrical issue that three other shops couldn't figure out. We nailed it. Word spread from there.

2019

ASE Master Certification

Got my Master Technician papers, plus specialized European vehicle certification. Marcus followed six months later. We don't mess around with credentials.

2020

Equipment Upgrade

Invested big in factory-level diagnostic equipment. Added BMW ISTA, VAG-COM, and Mercedes XENTRY systems. Now we've got the same tools the dealerships use, minus their attitude.

2021

Team Expansion

Brought on Sarah, our transmission specialist. She's forgotten more about ZF 8-speeds than most techs will ever know. Also expanded to four bays.

2022

Bosch Authorized Service

Became Bosch authorized, which opened doors for OEM parts at better prices. Also added ECU programming capabilities - now we can do custom tunes in-house.

2023

Performance Division Launch

Started offering performance upgrades and tuning services. Turned out a lot of our customers wanted more than just maintenance - they wanted their cars to really sing.

2024

Full Team & Six Bays

Hit our stride with a complete crew of specialists. Added two more bays and a dedicated diagnostics station. Still feels surreal some days.

2025

Today

We're doing what we love, fixing what others can't, and building a reputation one proper repair at a time. No shortcuts, no BS, just honest work on the cars we're passionate about.

Why We're Different

Here's the thing - we're not trying to be the cheapest shop in Vancouver. We're trying to be the best at what we do. That means:

  • We actually explain what's wrong and why, no tech-speak BS
  • Factory-level diagnostic equipment, same stuff the dealerships use
  • We only work on what we know - European performance vehicles
  • No upselling stuff you don't need (seriously, we hate that)
  • Every tech here actually owns European cars - we get it
  • We stand behind our work with real warranties, not fine print

Bottom line? We're the shop we wished existed when we were dealing with our own cars. That's it.
